Thai Mousse

Thai Name: (Hor Mok Pla)

Ingredients:

16 oz. coconut milk

1 - 2 pieces of white fish. (Grounded)

2 tbsp. Red curry paste1 oz. brown sugar1 tbsp. Fish sauce

1 - 2 Kaffir leafs. Finely chopped

½ cup sweet basil leafs
